Still waiting for my buyers mortgage to go through (that's the only reason I'm in this discussion as I got an offer pretty quick through Halifax).
My buyer applied 24/08, had a valuation 02/09. I believe they had a request for more documents just over a week ago...still waiting. Fingers crossed they have some good news this week/next week. I think they are a week or two behind those of you who have recently had offers 🤞🏻1
