Hi everyone. First post on here. Joint FTBs with 60% LTV. Complicated case for us as we’re both airline crew so lenders are a bit wary of us due to COVID although our airline has made all its redundancies and our jobs are safe.Sent my application off (through broker) last week and it was referred the next day due to ‘undeclared commitments’ . We think this was just due to my other half having paid off a credit card when switching to another 0% card but the balance was still showing on his file.Got the application received text this morning (a relief!). I’ve seen people had the valuation texts the same day? Was it soon after the application received text?Let the waiting game begin!0
