I so massively appreciate how many people post here - this forum provides some great comfort that we aren't the only ones in this boat.

I do have one question...and, it would be amazing if someone could answer....IF there had been any issues along the way (e.g. after hard search on 10/8), would we have heard about it at that point? The fact that I have only had progress updates so far - does that put us in a fairly decent place?

we have only had progress updates after our hard search (6/8) which was done before our valuation!! So I’m hoping anything bad would have been noticed by now 😂🤞🏻 We weren’t told the hard search was being done, it just showed up on CreditKarma. 

So now we are just waiting for that offer text😭

No way to know for certain, but I had a couple of question from NW (via my broker) about 2 weeks after the hard searches about my employment and for a bank statement (which they already had).

I'm so impatient. Id like to think that this far in, if there was a major problem they'd have found it by now, but who knows.
