I must have jinxed it! Finally had an email through to say it's now been passed for full assessment! Not that I have a clue as to what that means..... So timescales so far is 12th August application submitted, 2nd September application passed for full assessment!0

I'm now starting to get a little worried about my valuation. I had a message (which could've been automated) from Habito saying the report looks good, but never got a follow up fron NW after the report being received, and that was 2 weeks ago

I had unfortunate news this morning - Nationwide have declined the property (so they must have scheduled a viewing without me knowing) due to it being still in large ex-council ownership.
