Had a notification on ClearScore showing 2 hard searches have been carried out yesterday. Still waiting on valuation to come back. Anyone know if we should hear soon now hard search been done?
The wait is killing us 🤣 valuation was done on 21st and haven’t heard anything since.

Hi all, think this may be my second ever post but I got tired of lurking. Applied through a broker and my timelines are:

    Mortgage applied 13th May
    Valuation carried out 17th May

My broker said Nationwide's timelines have increased but hopefully the wait won't be for much longer.
    Update:
    Hard search 29/5/2022
Text confirming mortgage offer issued received today !!!
