Thanks so much! We had the valuation done this morning & just had the text saying nationwide have received it for review. So exciting but super nervous, just want to know the decision now! I’m so impatient haha.

Quick question, our application is in and the valuation is done etc. 

Has anyone made any changes because the rates have now changed? 

How does it work with providing documents again, delays, etc etc?

Have you got a broker? Ours did it automatically for us.

I am in a similar position except my valuation is Monday. Going to give them a call in the morning to see if I can apply for the lower rate. You think it would be a simple change.

I do have a broker, I just wondered if he would need more up to date docs etc to do this or if it just goes off the application currently being processed?

Thankfully I've had some wonderful news this morning and the timescales were not nearly as long as they said. My mortgage offer has been produced! 

Like others I received a text telling me my valuation report was received and a minute later my mortgage offer was produced. I'll keep my fingers crossed for everyone else

@JAM0915 I am in the same boat - I have noticed the rates have reduced. I am going to speak with my broker on Wednesday so I will ask and report back

That's amazing news - congratulations!! 
I had a text friday morning saying our valuation was back for review, but nothing else - so anxious waiting! I'm debating giving them a ring for an update but it seems abit soon, haha!
