I heard somewhere that vitamin C was good for a hangover, so Sunny Delight should be good as its a still drink, sugary and has added vit C. Also try to eat something if you can stomach it as this helps.0

Me old boss (I never seem to get hangovers so can't comment) always used to swear by a full fat coke and mars bar - replaces all the lost stuff.
Coke also works really well if you've got morning sickness . . .It's not WHAT you know, it's WHO you know0
