Hi. Is there anyone on here that has had external wall insulation fitted as part of this scheme AND the walls that were covered were less than 50% of the entire house's walls?0

Hi guys,
My grant was approved for a free boilers but the guy said, it does NOT cover Heat Source Pump installation with boiler. NOW he is asking for £300 contribution just to install boiler. He told me that govt is not giving enough money now and I have to contribute some money toward boiler.
Can you guys tell me what is truth about greenhouse grant?

The GHG grants do include some contribution by you - if you have submitted an application and got a voucher approved your contribution will be on the paperwork - it must, I'd say, be on the original quote you submitted for the scheme.
But, as above, I don't think boilers are in this scheme.
Edited to add: Your boiler grant is I assume, one of the grants made by the previous (and ongoing) scheme which is described here: https://www.gov.uk/energy-company-obligation1 -

I have submitted my application for Green House Grant for " ‘Hybrid Heat Pump’ " and I have been sent a quote from a company for £9,991.80. Which I attached with my application.
I dont know pros and cons of ‘Hybrid Heat Pump’ , as I have a combi gas boiler at the moment.0 -
