My desktop valuation has been done and more documents requested as my deposit is quiet high

We have a physical valuation tomorrow morning so don't think ours will be as quick as that!

Halifax did a physical valuation on the property that I'm buying, and offered about 5pm that same day.

That was super quick then. I hope ours goes so smoothly. Not going to hold my breathe though

My ones under review from a week and they said I could take another 2 weeks 🙃

In the end our remortgage application went really quickly. Applied 12.01.21, physical valuation carried out 13.01.21, mortgage offer issued 15.01.21.

It could have been quicker had I not typed a number in wrong on the online application. We had to go through the numbers over the phone with an advisor last night before the offer was issued. 

We are well chuffed with ther service from Halifax.

I got my DIP and illustration from my MB 8.04.21
The valuation went ahead today, 12.04.21
Just wondering how long I'll have to wait... so nerve wracking. I was in an arrangement to pay for a credit card 4 years ago, all paid off after that...
