Its not some one else's joke, whos do you think it is?blueskinnedbeast said:
If you are going to use someone else's joke at least try and get it right.Scrapit said:
Its a joke. They see you coming, due in most part, to the big windows. Harry Enfield did a relatable sketch but it was antiquities rather than tyres he was flogging. Amusing either way.Supersonos said:
Cos they him coming? What on Earth does that mean?Scrapit said:0 -
Yet we still laugh at you. Funny innit?Supersonos said:
I see. I guess you meant to say "Cos they SAW him coming"? Makes more sense when you use the correct words in the correct order.Scrapit said:

5 range rovers in 11 years? Good longevity.0

It could be worse...she might want the convertible...in pink!!How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0

The way you put it wasn't a joke at all.Scrapit said:

Have a nice day 😘0 -
I'm thinking about one too. I test drove and found it a good ride, comfortable, and well equipped. A little expensive but I enjoy driving and work enough so that I can afford a nice motor.
The big drawback is that when I mentioned it to the lads at work they (and some of the girls too) absolutely rinsed me for thinking of buying a "hair dressers car" but someone who actually had one spoke highly of it and had no issues.
I think I'll go for it but might give it a few months and see if the predicated economic collapse results in some more favourable prices.0 -
Are you honestly suggesting I had 5 Range Rovers in 11 years because each one fell apart after two years and I had to go buy another one...?Deleted_User said:5 range rovers in 11 years? Good longevity.

When I got my first one, I got lots of Victoria Beckham comments (I think she did the launch of the Evoque or something) but anyone who then sat in it would quickly change their opinion.Dr_Crypto said:

She was involved in the design (probbably not that much, cant imagine McGovern gives much control away, otherwise there would be more variance in appearance)Supersonos said:
