CHEERFULLNESS~ my cat has torettes (I swear its true) he just doesn’t shut up and always has to have the last word. He also does a mean impression of Catherine Tates Nana’s laugh, when it’s feeding time!
STEFEJB~ hope DD gets her IS sorted.
KYLE~ are you thinking of learning to drive? (missed the posts), if you are go for it. I only passed 2 years ago aged 26. Took me 4 attempts and plenty of swearing but got there in the end, and would be lost without it now.
Well I have the joy of joys to look forward to today. My boss and some bloke from personnel are doing a home visit at 2pm. If it’s anything like the other meetings I’ve had it will be a complete waste of time, and I’m going to have to tidy up the dining room.
I’m not taking the dog out now until they have been so he’s hyper for the visit! God I’m evil. But if it makes them leave sooner all the better!
HM lasagne for tea. Had to use TD to get the dogs towels dry last night. Well best go and make a move. Hugs to all,

Haven't read the thread yet, will do so later after work. Hope you are all well.

My cold has moved onto my chest today and I'm struggling to breathe properly.

We finally got ourselves sorted at the weekend and now have a regular supply of milk straight from the parlour (we live on a dairy farm). It did seem a little ridiculous to live here and continue running out of milk. It's gorgeous.

Oh flip!!
My gas meter has broken!! Topped my card up this morning with this wweks gas money, went to put it in meter and it wont except the credit and keeps saying call help.
Have phoned BGas up they say a engineer will be out before 1.30pm, yer i bet there will!!!! Iv told them not gas so not heating hot water and have ds1 at home, they assure me they will be out beofr 1.30pm, we will see!!!

Pooky - I had a photo cake for DSs birthday last year and it was great - had his football team on it, and as they were invited to the party, they all loved it!!!

Well, a quiet day today, just the one LO here, and so far he is being very good with all the decorations - hasnt tried to touch them (yet!!!). Ive got my mum and her partners presents now, so once those are wrapped thats it - im done, christmas can come and apart from any fresh stuff im ready:T !!! (and i can manage without fresh if i really needed to!)

Well, this message has taken me about an hour to type (keep going to play with LO!!) so really do need to go and get the BM and WM on, and get these pressies wrapped before lunch!!

Feeling frazzled as just spent ages trying to sort out some questions re the sale of my Dad's flat.

We should have completed a month ago and buyer is now threatening to pull out!

Three phone calls and one email later it looks as if the question is at least moving a bit - fingers crossed - I am desperate to get this done by Christmas as it will be one load off my mind!

Need to go to M and S later for smart black trousers for DDs graduation tomorrow but scared to leave the phone in case something happens!

Will make pea and ham soup later.

A small bar of Green and Black chocolate has just arrived - I feel I deserve it so am trying it now!

OOH! It is the one with butterscotch and it is Gorgeous!!!!!!

Hi folks, I am on holiday from work this week so will be able to visit every day:j

This morning I have been really busy, totally cleaned the three bedrooms including washing nets, cleaning windows and venetian blinds (a job I hate).

I have just had lunch and am now going to wrap up Christmas presents - just have 2 to buy.

Kyle, good luck with the driving. I passed my driving test when I was 17, had a silly accident and never drove again for nearly 30 years. Seven years ago I took refresher lessons and although very nervous I persevered. I have now had my car for 6 years and the freedom it gives me has made it all worthwhile. Good luck.

Jannyannie, I went to Lapland for a day trip 2 years ago and it was absolutely magical - it was expensive but worth every penny. When/if I have grandchildren I will return.

ellie, good luck this afternoon with your boss, I have had one of these home visits in the past, and although I was dreading it, it was not too bad xxx

Have taken DD to Dr, and she has a severe ear infection, poor thing is in agony, so wont be at school for a couple of days, she is bored now :rolleyes: .

Have sanded down and re-oiled half of my kitchen worktops this morning, need to do another coat once its dry, will do the others tomorrow or wed.

Got to get the veg and pots done for dinner, then sit and watch film.

Going into hospital tomorrow afternoon, to have polyips (sp) removed from my womb, and have a coil fitted (sorry if TMI) should only be in for a few hours, bless my mum, she will come with me and sit and wait, although she will have DD with her now. Need to totally relax for at least two days after don't need telling twice BLISS
