When is the bonus payment due0

Am I right in thinking we can cancel our monthly £50 (once final payment in October) to meet the terms of the cashback offer? And cashback will arrive sometime in November so presumably we can shut the Invest account after then? Though they've just reduced their fees so might make it worth keeping for some.0

I'm letting my payment run into November (mines early Nov) and cancelling after the incentives are hopefully paid (NatWest and RBS).1

I've learned it's better to be a little patient than have to have an argument.

Edited to say, duh, I should read properly.
Since 1st September:
RBS Personal Portfolio 3 Fund unit price is up 1 pence at £1.41
NatWest Personal Portfolio 3 Fund unit price is up 2 pence at £1.34

Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."1 -
Bumping this thread.
No £50 for me yet.
Indeed my £50 contribution for this month isn't showing as yet.0 -
It's not surprising they haven't paid yet. The date for the last couple of conditions has only just passed (".... don’t cancel your regular monthly contribution instruction at any point before 1 November 2020", and "...don't close close your Relevant Account before 1 November 2020".
The T&Cs state: Payments that you are due will be made into your Relevant Account by no later than 30 November 2020.0 -
The bonus is due to be paid by 30 November, lots of time left yet.
I am going to cancel the regular contribution today, should be safe to do now. I was normally paying on the 20th of each month.
You could even withdraw the whole amount now but I'll wait a few days as I am down a few quid. The markets went up yesterday and seem to be going up today as well.0
