£50 Cashback with NatWest or RBS Invest

The £50 cashback should have been paid by the end of January. I got mine on Friday 28th January.Sun-Is-Fun said:

Haven't received mine either.My initial monthly contribution was made from a current account that was closed a few weeks later because I was switching to Santander for the £130 bonus.However, I had two current accounts with Natwest, one sole and one joint, so I simply changed the investment source from my closed sole account to the joint account, still under my name.I'm assuming this is probably why I have received the £50 bonus but will be phoning to chase nonetheless.0

My error ! Just telephoned to clarify about its whereabouts. I did get the cashback - I was checking the actual investment account but it doesn't go into there like I assumed - it goes into the account you pay the investment from.RG2015 said:

Thanks for that. I didn't see mine as I dont really use the account the direct debit is setup from and expected it into the RBS invest account. when I asked RBS via the online chat about it they didn't know and said I would need to phone and get someone to investigate. Forgot to follow up and just thought I'd search again before calling - and sure enough its in the RBS current account0
