Ts and Cs say "Payments that you are due will be made into your Relevant Account by no later than 31 January 2022."
Appreciate that. In my work I know these dates are often communicated as a worst case scenario and I'd asked if anyone had received. Thanks
"You will cease to be due any cashback from us if you:
    • hold no investments in any of your eligible accounts on 31 January 2022;
    • terminate your Agreement with us in terms of clause 14.1, or we terminate your Agreement with us in terms of clause
14.2, of your NatWest Invest Terms and Conditions before 1 February 2022; or
    • close your Relevant Account (as defined in Schedule 1 to your NatWest Invest Terms and Conditions) before
    1 February 2022.
Payments that you are due will be made into your Relevant Account by no later than 31 January 2022."

The conditions above relate to the status at 31st January 2022. If they adhere to these conditions, then they are unlikely to pay out before the end of January.

£50 Cashback arrived Today from RBS. I did the NatWest one last year.
My investment has a bit of a dent in it at the moment though :#
    Retired 1st July 2021.
    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

No sign of mine yet. My fund was in profit until a couple of days ago but then the markets have been a bit volatile recently.
If the ball had gone in the net it would have been a goal.
If my Auntie had been a man she'd have been my Uncle.

My £50 bonus payments are both in. RBS in yesterday and NatWest in today.

Sadly though both are down in value. RBS high risk down 1.77% and NatWest low risk down 2.30%
  • Mine arrived too. Tracking a fund short term will lead to some fluctuations obviously.

NW received today. It's a GI account as I already contribute to a S&S ISA. I'll wait till it returns to profit and cash it in.

  • Nothing in my NW one yet, I'll be miffed with myself if I've messed up and don't get it!

Have you got this yet? I haven't got mine either.
  • No I never did but I haven't managed to get round to challenging it yet either. Glad it's not just me but I did possibly have an account with them in the dim and distant past which I thought I'd closed, but perhaps not.

Thanks for reply. I met all the conditions and didn't have an account with them in the past. Just tried to use a secure message facility through my account but they don't have one ! Will give it another week and then telephone
