Joining this forum to try and ease what I know will be a horrible few weeks of waiting! DIP submitted yesterday and agreed so went to full application. Email received from Santander. MB hasn't fully uploaded documents yet as she wants to check with BDM about our business documents that are needed. We have personal and all business accounts through Santander so hoping that will speed up the process if they need further info as surely they can just check our accounts, but who knows!!0

No idea, just says documents submitted on 19/8.firsttimebuyerlpl said:
Does that mean valuation reports from the 19th will be looked at? Feel like thoseDrawingaline said:
Going on their timescales documents submitted 19/8 are being reviewed today, so yours may be looked at tomorrow. Good luck!EMJ_87 said:Even longer still, first applied on 17th July but because supporting docs were not supplied in time (we’ve gone through a broker, I have no idea what happened here) the application was effectively resubmitted on 11th August. The valuation took place on 18th August, supporting furlough docs were submitted on 20th Aug and now we are in the underwriting queue apparently. I spoke to Santander yesterday and they said there is about at 8 day delay in underwriting at the moment but that staff will be in over the bank holiday to push through some approvals. My nerves are wreck and I can only hope by some miracle I hear something by the end of the week (I’m not hopeful though). Fingers crossed for you all!
timescales are a bit flawed lol.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0 -
They’ve asked for my partners payslip just now and it’s been sent so hoping the end is near ha0

I called today and apparently they asked some questions about how we have been impacted financial by Covid and are awaiting update from my broker. They asked this before and we clarified that we had not been impacted in anyway. No idea if this means we are close to bringing the saga to an end or not lol. Today is day 30 from application!0

Have also being asked today for Aug payslip. won’t have it till next week. 😖0

Are you SE? Our MB asked the same and submitted this on the day of application as it's apparently standard documents for any SE application at the moment.EMJ_87 said:I called today and apparently they asked some questions about how we have been impacted financial by Covid and are awaiting update from my broker. No, which is the most bizarre thing. I was furloughed for two months on full pay and then returned to work before we applied. They have letters from HR and everything so not sure what’s going on to be honest. I’m sure it will all get sorted and they are just doing their due diligence. It’s just mad stressful whilst we wait.ftbhoping said:
