Hello,
mortgage submitted on 1st April
Santander asked for more documents 3rd April
Valuation booked for the 15th April
mortgage approved subject to valuation 9th April.
does this mean that all checks are now complete and it will be approved if the valuation matches?
thanks0 -
Sounds straight forward just have to wait for the valuation to come back in ok 🤞🏻2124judy said:Hello,

Just had a text in the last hour to confirm that our mortgage has been approved by the underwriters - Still waiting on them to sort the valuation, and not yet received our letters with the codes to verify our address. These are the last 2 things now I think, so as long as the valuation is good we should be fine.
Seems like very quick and good progress, it went to the underwriters at 3:30PM on Friday.2 -
That's amazing! Did you go through a mortgage advisor or direct? Our application was sent on the 8th by our mortgage advisor and I know a valuation was booked but I don't know when for. Do you know when your valuation is?funky1471 said:Just had a text in the last hour to confirm that our mortgage has been approved by the underwriters - Still waiting on them to sort the valuation, and not yet received our letters with the codes to verify our address. We went direct via the web - We only had to provide 1 month payslip each and write in a note each to confirm we haven't been in receipt of any Furlough payments during the pandemic.FtbEmz said:

I asked them via the online form where it's up to, and they just replied yesterday to say it's with the survey provider they use but no update as of yet - So as far as I know it's not yet been booked in. This will be the next thing we'll be chasing1 -
Thank you for your reply. I hope the rest is plain sailing for you. I want to ask my mortgage advisor where we are with things, but I don't want to hassle him as it's still early days I guess!funky1471 said:
