A massive congratulations to you all so far. I'm almost ready to flip now if my MB requests anything more...
 I'd rather just have a straight decline so I can move on with life. Rant over

2 days after you get txt msg... broker can always ask for offer to be faxed to solicitor

We have just received a message from MB that mortgage has been agreed subject to a satisfactory valuation. To recall we applied on 16th November as SE and E and an additional doc is requested just before Christmas and today desicion made. Waiting to see how much offer they will give us?

Our mortgage was agreed the same like you and they did the evaluation but than they asking  for things one at time just try and give everything at once so they don't delay you like ours .

What sort of things were they asking for? 

For us statement more statement and letters from our accountants both my husband and I are SE and  we asked for remortgage they did evaluation and valued our house 100k below market value too not happy with santander right now hope yours is better a smoother  .
