Ka86ftb I am in the queue with the underwriters too my application gone to them on the 17th too still waiting we used a broker and his not working till the new-year and iam very stressed out. ka86ftb said:

Yeah its very long. I'm no longer excited to even buy the House. I just spoke to my MB... they said it won't even be looked at for another 11days

How bizarre my application was submitted on the 17th of November too but they kept asking for silly things than they came back with reduced Amount thats when it went back on the 17th Of December  unfortunately as we are using a broker i cant call he has too
We gave an offer to a property we did everything waiting for the offer and I never thought i will say this but I didnt enjoy Christmas from worrying about it .

Oh no sorry to hear , in all honesty I think we are looking at 2nd week Jan. Did it get resubmitted as an appeal? Are you self employed?

Yes its my husband and I are self employed but funny enough it was the best year with regards to income we are lucky.
We are remortgaging to buy another property.
