Congrats @boop99
Seeing as ours was submitted on the 1st I'm hoping we'll hear back by the end of the week. My mortgage advisor seems confident we should get good news soon.
Was it just straight accepted or subject to valuation? I mentioned the valuation to my mortgage advisor and he said a lot of places are just doing desktop valuations now (i.e. not actually visiting the properties at all).0 -

if it’s new build it’s highly likely you will get normal valuation.1 -
Awaiting valuation but as new build should be fairly straight forward0

Im applying for a 75% BTL tomorrow with Santander via a broker. Im retired with a Gov pension and the house Im getting is a bargain as the owners want a very quick sale, no chain.
Im hoping on a desk top so its quicker. House is vacant as owner gone into care.0 -

We had a Q today, about why one year's SE income was lower than the other years. Don't know where we are with regards to credit checks, affordability, valuation or underwriting, but I'll follow up with MA on Friday if we haven't heard anything.
