They must be on a roll - just had ours has been approved by the underwriters as well.

Mortgage offer in!!!
got the call at 9:30 this morning, the wait is finally over!! It’s like some kind of Christmas miracle!!

congrats great news. feels like we can start living again.

we got offer at 8:40 this morning and we already have all paperwork. Our solicitor has already applied to draw down the funds and its not even lunch time yet
