    I can't believe it!!!
There is hope for us all!
    Applied 10/11
    Valuation 16/11
    Full offer 2/12
I am employed but on maternity leave my husband ltd company and used latest years accounts

Congrats! Can I ask what info they wanted from you regarding your mat leave? I’m currently on mat leave, due back in Feb. They’ve asked for my last pay slip and the payslip before I went on mat leave so far. We applied on 13/11 so wondering if they will be asking for anything else.
Hi, thanks very much yes off course so  my most recent payslip and my last payslip before I went on maternity leave and a letter from my employer stating I would be returning in the next three months on the same conditions. They also asked about childcare costs once I returned but my MB packaged this all in the original submitted case so no additional questions were asked I don't know if they needed the letter or childcare details as we included it from beginning. We applied 10/11 so hopefully yours should be soon too!
Thank you for replying. Haven’t been asked to provide proof of going back to work...yet. I’m sure that will be the next thing they ask for. Had a third lot of questions today about the debts we have paid off before applying. Congratulations again!

That’s what we said, the Santander business manager said she doesn’t know why they turned it down which is why she’s appealing.
I'm sorry to hear this! I know how you are feeling. I wonder if the same business manager is looking at our cases as we were told the same thing before we put in the appeal! Fingers crossed we both get a bit of luck in the next few days...
Sorry I remember your wife is a hair dresser, our appeals must have gone in at the same time, apparently it’s 24-48 hours so we should know tomorrow but who knows. I’m not holding my breath!
we have just had an appeal submitted and it took 24 hours to submit but know we are in the re-assessment queue at 6 days long.

I’m glad they are looking at it again. I’ve got a good feeling if the business manager is behind it.  When I worked for a bank, we used to always put up business cases to the lending department and the majority of the time they were overruled. Fingers crossed.
thank you that’s hopeful to read. X

They wasn’t happy with our last year accounts being so long ago so business manager said to get our 2020 accounts into companies house.

After 9 weeks, we’ve been declined, they said our ltd company hasn’t been trading long enough, it’s been trading for 2 yrs before that we were a sol trader and submitted that. MB said Santander business manager was shocked and is appealing but I have no hope.
Whatttt!!!! This is ridiculous, surely they would have known you have been LTD for two years when you applied. Also youve grown throughout Covid so that should give them confidence. It’s craziness!!!
Have you had your text through yet @mowgliisaG ?
Just got it 12 minutes ago 😀😀😀 xx
    Yesss! fantastic, congratulations xx
    Thankkkk youuuu xx

In my case ,  my estate agent never received any call for valuation  and  yesterday my mortgage offer was issued. i think sometimes they do DESKTOP VALUATION ( mostly  new builts).  i don't know if they will do valuation after few days. so far I received a message from Santander that my offer was issued !!!
