Whoop great news...same boat as me now..offer to come out..heard they’ve had a technical glitch with offers coming out so we still waiting but was agreed on 25/11

No, we had to answer a question today and my broker said he’d send the answer back as a direct message to the underwriter. Then at 8ish we both just got the text. It was a bit out of the blue. I was expecting to wait another week after answering the question! Feels weird! What am I going to think about now??? 

Oh I know, my buyers mortgage application!!!

We got told by our broker last Monday that mortgage was approved but still no text as it’s in mortgage processing centre...waiting for official offer to come out but all agreed...I’m the same just been stressing about buyers mortgage and waiting for our text x

I am employed, not affected by covid, partner is employed and had been furloughed. Applied on September 28th, mortgage offered October 26th, completed on November 27th.

Still in the 23rd for pipeline really thought today was going to be our update, although it’s an offer we now need after 9 weeks 😭😭😭

If you still are waiting after 8 days I guess I wont be getting txt any time soon.... at least happy it is approved now and  I can chase the solicitor to get on with their bits as we are chain free

Thank you, we are the same situation so it shouldn't be long. fingers crossed
