This moving house/mortgage game is an odd one..you stress for a long time about your own mortgage and when you get it..you stress about your buyer getting theirs...😂😂

..... still waiting for valuation to be booked so we have a while to go yet. But just wanted to share how fast we got through the UW process!

Been stalking this page since yesterday afternoon hoping to see some good news from yesterdays big jump!
Hopefully we start to hear some good news soon, we are the 26th and i am becoming so impatient!

Good luck!! I was originally the 26th as well so I want at least someone to have good news from the UW hitting the 26th 😂😂

So not really an update, but MB told us the firm Santander sent out for our accountant to fill in was sent back as he did it wrong. And resubmitted last Thursday/Friday, so that explain us not having an update until tomorrow or Monday. As I was worried why it was taking 2 weeks. Praying it’s an offer next and not more info. Other then October bank statements can’t see what else they’d ask for.

Everything crossed for you that you get an answer soon! I totally understand the absolute frustration of having to wait extra time when it wasn’t necessary! Hopefully it’ll be tomorrow
