A week is a short time when the entire winter is still ahead of them...As I said before though, this is a test of the depth of pockets for the investors, not a demonstration of the quality of management so ride it as long as you can and enjoy the journey.0

NR have already confirmed I could not go back to my original supplier as they are now insolvent so I cannot understand their reluctance to set up the dd for my account. 20 times I have sent through the mandate and they continue to ignore.0

I eventually got sent a link to the Google form asking for the new bank details which I submitted. Although it did take them 2 weeks to reply to my request asking to change my details so probably just inundated with emails at the moment.1 -
Somebody finally answered my question about my final bill. I left 18 weeks ago. So they're still working. I hope they make it through winter, for the staff as well as customers.0

Around £350k + interest this time...Not so large it can't be paid, but another test of their will to keep the company afloat.
