I was just wondering where all the doom mongerers and naysayers had disappeared to.

This one a  classic. Not seen or heard of for the past week.

Bust before Christmas is my guess.
Given the news about Igloo et al, revising this to bust before Hallowe'en.
Not far off. Commiserations to all employees and customers, but this has been inevitable for weeks.

A week is a short time when the entire winter is still ahead of them...

As I said before though, this is a test of the depth of pockets for the investors, not a demonstration of the quality of management so ride it as long as you can and enjoy the journey.

Still don't think they'll last the year! (though would be very happy to be proved wrong)

NR have already confirmed I could not go back to my original supplier as they are now insolvent so I cannot understand their reluctance to set up the dd for my account. 20 times I have sent through the mandate and they continue to ignore.

I eventually got sent a link to the Google form asking for the new bank details which I submitted.  They also asked me to tell them when I had done it (which I have), but heard nothing since.

Although it did take them 2 weeks to reply to my request asking to change my details so probably just inundated with emails at the moment.

Somebody finally answered my question about my final bill. I left 18 weeks ago. So they're still working. I hope they make it through winter, for the staff as well as customers.

Neon Reef said they have been absolutely slammed with customers sending tons of emails because of price rises etc so response times have been slow.

In June last year their accounts showed they had no employees at all, so one would have to assume they subbed out their support function else where so recent events may have left them scrambling to find replacements ...
Anyway, looks like there is another large bill heading towards their investors pockets... Around £350k + interest this time...
Not so large it can't be paid, but another test of their will to keep the company afloat.
