I checked Eastern region extensively, and also Southern supply region. (not sure what type of meter that was, but NR gave a single rate quote)
Just checked W Midlands region with a single rate non-smart meter, and that too gives a quote (and a different address in that region with a single rate smart meter is also quoted)
North East region address with single rate, non smart meter was also quoted

Other E7 credit meters are quoted.

Please see 'our-story' webpage rather than 'fuel_mix'Hey, it's after the 1st of October, NR are (probably) still trading *and* they have updated their Fuel Mix webpage. It now covers 01/4/20-31/3/21.To their credit they do seem to have become greener when compared to their old mix (previously, 72% was NG and their emissions were 377 CO2 g/kWh vs 198 g/kWh nationally).N. I just noticed that Neon Reef doesn't have my correct meter number. They have number of meter which was removed on 01/07/2021, I initially added meter reads to that, without realising what meter is that. Now have another meter visible on account, which was installed on 01/07/2021 and removed on 01/09/2021, so before I joined Neon Reef again. And newly installed meter on 01/09/2021 is not on my account. Does it take long to update meters on some external database and on Neon Reef then?
Agreeing to swap working electric meter to smart meter, that was faulty, caused right mess on my accounts with energy companies.

I'm just not sure how the Meter Technical Details asociated with an MPxN address get updated, or how these details get transferred on change of supplier. All I know is that this is another example of how borked the whole system is. Hope you get your meter details sorted soon with your supplier before any happens with Neon.0 -
Soon to be a refugee from Plant Symbio I decided to go for the Neon Reef V3 yearly fix. Ok I should have waited but a good offer so I am taking the chance. However a bit surprised they are taking the first payment on 11 October. Looking at their terms and conditions they say I will not be on supply until 25 October. Also they are taken the payment before the cooling off ends.
Time frame taken from App
Today switch starts
in 16 days they will ask for the first meter read
in 19 days we will take your first payment
on the 25 October 2021 you are officially a Neon Reef customer.0 -

In my case I applied to transfer via their website on the 29th & my supply is transferring on the 7th with the first DD taken the same day
This much quicker transfer they have only recently put in place may be because they are trying to survive by getting more new customer DD payments sooner
