  • Lil_me and Dusty Kitten - try a local farm shop for your white vinegar - My local one sells it for £1.75ish for a 5 gallon container, or Tescos sell it for about 40p for a small bottle.
DD still ill - took him to docs today and he does have a chest infection - we need to be careful with him til he gets over it cos his oxygen levels were a little low so need to take him to A & E if he worsens - and thats my excuse for a house which would be more at home in a pigsty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Night night - lilo

lilo hope the little one is better soon, must be worrying, pigsty is allowed when littlies are poorly.

Unfortunately our farm shop is either a reasonably priced one who does meat and icecream only or a 'HUGELY' expensive one I barely dare walk in incase they charge for breathing in air!
One day I might be more organised...........

Time for bed I think as I just fell asleep on the living room floor - at least it has been hoovered.

Being a townie we don't really have farm shops but it is not too expensive in the supermarkets.

Lilo- I hope the little one improves over the weekend - you sound very calm I'd be a worried to bits but then again I am a worrier.

Plan is to be eco friendly and get OH to drop me at Tesco/homebase for a few bits whilst he takes DS3 to footie which is enroute - need to be ready by 8:50 though so we will see.

    Night all x

Good night Dusty, sounds like a good plan, not just eco friendly but pocket too with the price of petrol!

Michelle, I know how much those 'popping in between work' when they work silly hours can mean, pleased you got some nice time and a treat. Silly me is doing this degree to possibly go into teaching, with the thought of a workload like yours I might not bother.

you mad woman - don't you have enough to cope with already. :rotfl: seriously, i wouldn't want to put you off, although my mate trained as a higher level teaching assistant last year, and she is well put off as she likes having something of a life out of work. you can't have both i'm afraid.

i know what else i meant to say - i got a brochure through for studio cards and the clearance sale has one of those xmas card display trees like people were wanting in next for 15 quid, and these were 5.99. Saw it and thought of you guys.

Right, bedtime for me i think as i feel like i am about to fall unconscious. I'm struggling to keep these eyes open, and no sign of DH reappearing so i may as well go and warm the bed up rather than sit with the cat who keeps farting and trying to claw me. Has a death wish i think.

    Nighty night.

    Michelle, x

**Adds Studio to the must put an order in list**
Thanks Michelle, don't think we got that leaflet as I haven't had one for ages. Don't blame you for wanting to go to bed, cat farts, eww, if they are nearly as bad as dog farts. I've got a few years study yet with doing this via the OU to be put off teaching :D might see sense yet. Good night, hope you sleep well.

I should go soon, before I end up on the Studio site tonight and ordering all the card trees so embb can't have one :rotfl: **evil grin**

    Morning

Blimey trainee millionaire that was a busy day

    Congratulations lil_me well done :j :T

I've had a look on the Studio site but can't see any tree shaped card holders :( Thanks for the tip off though, Michelle. I noticed Lakeland do the ones I want but they're still £15 lol Maybe I should give up for this year and buy one in the jan sales for next? that could be a plan except I WANT ONE NOW! lol

Aaaanyway, did nowt yesterday except go shopping with DD1 and mess about in the car, was a nice change though, so I need to do my list off yesterday today, they MUST be done they can't wait till the rooms come round again.

I'll go and find my list ....

    empty DW
    reload DW
    Strip kids beds
    remake kids beds
quick tidy in teenies room (it's not that bad)
    hoover ^^^
    finish littleys room
    hoover ^^^
    WM
    TD

    added:-
    make my bed
    put rubbish in bin outside
    wrap some pressies

The Dragon just seen your post and  that's scary. don't think it's anything as bad as that however, not that kind of smell I can only describe it as gone off cookie mixture? Bizarre! it's gone again now though yay! It might be worth getting the council out to investigate (as incompetent as they are) especially before I buy the house lol.
