Thanks peeps, Dusty it's a Maths Degree, I know, stupid doing Maths but was the main thing I was good at at school, bit different going back to it at degree level 15 years later :o but at least I know I can register for the next parts now which start in January so gives me a chance to get Christmas out of the way.

Thanks for that info on the vinegar Dusty, will try whichever I am closest to when I am out, I got my bulk buy from here they do them in 5 litres http://www.summernaturals.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=80&zenid=0873501f27209920fa3706d1546b8400 but was ordering a lot of stuff at the same time, postage worked out a bit expensive if you don't. Good place however, delivery was quick, no problems at all.

Another wash load done, need to make DPs sandwiches for work in a bit, get him up and kick him out to work so I can get upstairs finished. It's worse when he gets up early then goes back to bed than when he has a sleep in as I get half done then have to stop, means getting motivated twice which I find hard enough doing once :o

Suppose I best do a weekend list for the workaholics, trying to think of some delights to include.....
One day I might be more organised...........

    Lil_me - well done!!

Level 2.5 today - the kids can help out on their rooms, I did the vaccuuming under the beds, and the bedlinen.

It's been a lovely sunny day today, and I managed an hour in the garden, cutting back and sweeping up. (I put the torn bag of rubbish the students next door left, into their bin for my random act of kindness, although I probably benefit as much as they do!
Then, a quick visit down town, and treated myself to a lovely pair of trousers in Principles/Debenhams, with £10 off and 10% extra off today. I also took a bag of stuff into Oxfam, so a bit more space in my bedroom.

All the children at school this afternoon - lovely!!

DS2 has a friend over tomorrow and sleeping, and all of them are going to see The Golden Compass at the cinema, so I'll have a lovely free afternoon. Actually, I shall probably be making profiteroles and chocolate sauce to take to the Christmas party on Sunday.

    Have a lovely weekend everyone.

Serena it was lovely to get int he garden today - I dug up my dahlias, potted some tulips in a pot. Put an old towel in the wormery to keep my friend warm and cut back the oregano.

    Hello there,
I am running so behind it's unbelievable - sorry I haven't had time to read all the thread - I must try and pop in more next week (which should be less hectic). I had to schlep right over to the other side of the city today to buy a pattern for a costume for my DS's Christmas present. Anyway, i had the baby in the buggy and so the metro was difficult and I took the bus - 1 1/2 hours later I arrived where I wanted to be - aargh! I am sure it will be worth it thought to see his happy face when he realises that he can dress up as Legolas!
Hopefully I'll catchup a bit tomorrow (The kids have to do their own room!)

  • Evening All

I haven't done much since i got back from work. Just put a load of washing in and had tea. Just need to wash dishes now. I plan to veg out this evening and conserve my energy for the weekend.
I've tried to do a meal plan for next week and I've got no inspiration, so came on here to get some ideas.
Got lots to do this weekend including putting up the xmas decorations. I get a lie in tomorrow as DS hasn't got footy practice :j , but they got to have a photoshoot for a local newspaper later on in the morning.
I'm so tired, my cat woke me up at 3am this morning to be fed  and I couldn't get back to sleep after that because of the wind and rain.
Overdone it at work today too, I stretched up to get a box of envelopes and I'm soo sore now :o
Anyway, will have a look now for some ideas for my meals

    See you later
