    Good morning,
I don't know what day it is any more. I think it's still morning.

tiamai_d thanks for the info on the dog whisperer I have ordered his book for myself for Christmas. I have also bought myself a pair of gloves to go in my stocking.
lil_me thanks too for positive thoughts about the crazy animal. I think we will get a little tree and put it on the window ledge. They are three feet deep.

Dusty kitten. Snap. I have been phoning council and have got lots of reference numbers. We have had flooding all week and now people with sat nav keep coming down our track and getting stuck. We have to keep phoning farmers and garages to get people out. Its costing me a lot in phone calls. Thanks for reminding me I can e mail them too.

shell and rach After 20 years teaching I can confirm kids go hyper when it is really windy and now I have found so do dogs!!aaargh!!! I am only here now as DD has taken dog for a 5 mile walk. DD has lost 1 st since getting the dog 3 weeks ago.

I joined the Carlisle shopmobility yesterday but didn't have time to go out on the buggies. Next week their will be no stopping me. lil_me where is the Durham shopmobility? Is it sign posted?

I've done very little flying this week but do plan to crack on today. My computer course finishes next week and we were all told yesterday that we have passed so i'm well chuffed. The tudor thinks i should jump the next course and do a higher one so i'm gonna try today and move the playgroup days around so that i can go, fingers crossed it should be ok.

More christmas shopping done and loads left to do really stuck on my brother and BIL's think i might hide in bed until the new year.:rotfl:

I'm hoping today my order from play will arrive, i ordered on sunday.
Does anyone know how long it would take for a wilkenson's order????

Right gonna crack on be back later to update.

Right update so I know where I am:

    Batch of bolognaise in SC
Batch of Mince & Onion in SC (knew there was a reason why I hadnt freecycled it;) )
    Made chicken nuggets for freezer
    Chocolate banana bread in BM
    Kitchen S & S

    Lounge tidied and hoovered
Bathroom - Shower head scrubbed after soaking in vinegar overnight
Shower curtain washed and put up
    Floor swept (needs mopping)
    Hall hoovered
    Porch swepts (needs mopping)
    Bins emptied

My bedroom looks like a laundry as ironing basket and airer in there so thats the next task. Got 20 mins before I need to get little un so gonna have 15 min challenge.
  • Hello everyone,

I hope everyone's getting on all right.

Pigpen - fabulous tree - and - ewwww - about your puss. Hope it clears up quickly!

I'm supposed to be visiting family for a couple of nights in between Christmas and New Year and have left it too late to book a cattery. *Sigh* - not sure what to do. We don't have a cat flap, so I don't think I can ask neighbours to feed them, because the cats would run for it when the door was opened, and then the neighbours wouldn't be able to get them back in (tried this once before - was a bit of a nightmare for my mate, who ended up staying much longer than anticipated trying to get them back in....)

    I hate being disorganised...

    rumbly x

And so do cats - my large fluffy one keeps going and running round the garden like he is trying to catch the wind and then clattering through the catflap!

Just had a tin of beef broth to warm me up - been out digging up my dahlias. I chopped in some left over veggies from yesterday. Talking of left overs - OH eats at work so has a snack when he comes home - yesterday he had left overs from our various meals of the last 2 days - vegetable bake, baked beans and stuffing all in one bowl - COLD.

Right need to consult my list and then get on with some flying - I can't resist being outside when it is not raining.
