    I made a lovely roast dinner today so better log that pound loss as it will probably be back on tomorrow lol. I'm not feeling 100% so not really moved myself much the last couple of days, feeling dizzy and a bit run down.

    B- quark, kiwi, raspberries, strawberries and maple syrup
    L- soup, slice of bread, crisps and choc bar
    D- roast dinner, might have ice cream later

    Morning All
    Well my last weigh in for the quarter and that pesky pound is back +1lb please Brambling, that makes a big fat zero weight loss for this quarter 😫 I'm going to need a whole naughty staircase rather than a step.
    So fresh start anyway, new month, new quarter and challenge.
    well done everyone, the losses are amazing especially given the current climate xx

    B porridge and cruit
    L lo noodles and crispy beef
    D lentil and ham soup
    lf rice pud for eh pud?
