I probably should not do this as it will come back to me later, but I would like to report a one and a half lb off. I decided to keep a closer look this week and so far my weekend exercise worked its magic. Thanks for listening I just had to share that before I rock into work and hide myself in an office to do remote lessons for 6 hours and then a classroom for 4 more! Not my ideal day!

Hi All HI Brambling thank you so much for looking after us, in the two quarters I have been on here I have gone from rising overweight to only being about 2 lb from not being overweight/getting my BMI under 25 that is why I really want to move on. But it is bad timing as it is the beginning of term, and I am pretty much just working constantly. But who knows a lot can happen in 10 days.
You’re now within 8 ounces of that target! Fantastic work! 👍

Artytarty we get trained from babyhood - by our parents, teachers, everyone really - to associate food (usuallly sweet food 😢) with reward. Can you replace, as a reward, sweet food with something else? A few minutes doing something you really enjoy?

Senior Doggy is still waking to go into the garden several times in the night. At present, it’s been really quite warm until about 4am, and the stars have been really beautiful. The only sounds are a few owl calls and the odd distant fox.

    Food for today:
B : bacon and eggs, with a tablespoonful of cabbage left over from yesterday (is that “bubble” or “squeak”?)
L : hm veg soup with toast; satsuma
D : salmon salad; yogurt with raspberries
    S : hopefully none

Wishing you all a good week! Stay safe, people!  :)
