Old Style Weight Loss 2020 - Part 3

I am happy to report that despite a one week trip away touring in the campervan, a few glasses of wine and several curries, I returned the same weight as I left and have since lost another 2lb so just one more needed for a stone. My target is another 7lb by the end of the month and I don't think this is likely but I will persevere. I haven't had time to read all the posts since I have been back and I had no internet whilst away, but I am sure you are all well on the way to hitting target!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14

One of the downsides of Covid is that I have worked virtually non stop since March and still have quite a lot of leave to take so now on two weeks holiday at home as opposed to working at home!. Think quite a lot of people have been the same, hanging on to see if things improve. I really feel for anyone who has booked a holiday in this country or abroad.
Weather is lovely but no walk so far, been doing a large grocery shop this morning as running low on supplies (not a panic buying session). Went to 2 different supermarkets and both very well stocked, I gather there has been panic buying in some areas again due to the threat of a national lockdown or even a local one Do wish people would be sensible.
Well, I have to say I'm so impressed with all the weight loss achieved on here, just goes to show what can be achieved in a quarter - Brambling's charts always look so impressive.

Afternoon All,
Zippy Wow, that's an amazing achievement. Well done!!
Hanert I hope you're on the mend.
Well done for all losses and STSs and commiserations for any gains. I didn't weigh in this morning as I don't think it would've made for pretty reading anyway but it's also that TOTM so my stomach is currently doing a very good impression of a lead-weighted beach ball. I think it's safe to say that this is going to be yet another challenge where I fail to reach my target but I'm trying to focus on the positives and at least I'm marginally lighter than at the start.
Stay safe and best of luck everyone xx5 -

I think the press make things a lot worst by their reporting I think the phase is self fulfilling prophecy? No panic buying for me but I do thanks to my mum have a habit of keeping a well stocked store cupboard and freezer (she remembered rationing and was never going to get caught out again) I shopped on Saturday as I had vouchers but if we go back into lockdown I shall do what I did last time and stick to getting fresh food only at the farm shop, farmers market, T Exp or our small M&S food hall and avoid the bigger SMs
Izadora you've lost more than half a stone which is more than I have
B - over night oats and fruit

I am pleased to announce I have lost 1.3 lbs, which means I've finally lost all the weight I gained after lockdown ended. This week's lunch is 30-minute smoky black bean soup from budget bytes.7
