Sirens where I sit at my dining room table I can see into the kitchen and when a long call gets too bad I can mute and still hear the call from there
I regret not sorting out the small bedroom and bringing home the office chair, if I had realised how long it was going to be I would have. We haven't had a date when they expect us back in the office yet, I'm assuming it's once the senior manager starts going back in that we will be asked to, we've been told masks on all day which is why I think no one is making the effort to do so and probably waiting to see if we are locked down again although I haven't seen anything to suggest it so far. Well done on you -1.
Ditty if i got out the skipping rope from where it has been hiding since I moved here 15 years ago I would also need to find the sports bra for safety reasons
B-overnight oats and blueberries
L - Jacket potato with vegetable chilli
D - not sure probably something with eggs as lunch was quite filling
Have a good weekend

Hello x
Well we've been accepted for puppy playgroup - so twice a week to start. Poor Molly is under the wether again - its becoming more common now - I guess she is over 17 now. Blue Doggy I sympathise with your nocturnal wrangling with your doggy, Molly often wakes me up too and spends a good half an hour wandering round the garden sniffing the nighttime smells. She once came face-to-face with a cat and didnt know quite what to do!!
Had a good day as regards food so feeling positive especially after yesterday.
Hope you all have a good evening xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.7 -

Good morning, everyone.
Molly wow! 17 is a very good age for Molly-dog. My old chap is nearly 15. we need an Owners of Older Dogs support group, I’m sure my friends & family are bored with my telling them about Senior Doggy. Getting up in the night for a puppy is easier because you know it won’t be for long, but with an oldie it’s open-ended. It’s a good thing we love them🐶
Artytarty a luck escape indeed!Congratulations on your loss SIRENS 👏

Well, Halle-ballet-luia, that stubborn pound has finally realised who is boss and taken itself off. So it's a -1lb for me please.
My heart goes out to those of you with old dogs. It's just over a year ago that I had to part with my Millie. I inherited her from my DIL and she was the naughtiest dog I ever had. Her eyes gleamed with mischief. She was part American bulldog and part something else. Elephant probably. She was so strong that taking her for a walk was more like flying a kite. When DIL first had her, she took her to Obedience classes. After the second lesson the instructor gave her back her money with the words, "Good luck with that one."
She was also the gentlest guard dog you could imagine. We have pictures of my DGD as a baby, sleeping on Millie, or cradled between her paws.
We never knew how old she was, she was a rescue, but the vet estimated about 13 at the end. When my DS2 and I knelt on either side of her as she breathed her last, with tears streaming down our faces, telling her how now she would be able to catch seagulls, chase cats, and swim in the sea, and there would be salmon and coffee and walnut cake (long story) every day, my DS2 looked up and caught the vet drying her eyes.
As I say. My heart goes out to you, Molly and Blue.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Monna the pets with 'character' seem to worm their way deeper into our heartsmy fat cat would literally climb the walls (woodchip on all walls when I moved in) and then would cuddle up to me and suck her tail until she fell asleep kneading me 🙂
Ditty nearly at target, hopefully next week will do it 👏
nothing much happening here today, the joy of cleaning the wheelie bin 🤢 and a trip to W8itrose - I was lucky and picked up lots of meat really good YS reductions for the freezer and stocked up on fruit and veg for the week. I also dropped a jar of lazy garlic so the house will be a vampire free zone for a while as will my clean wheelie bin 🙄 it seemed to travel all over the kitchen, including up the walls and under the airing cupboard door 😳
