Old Style Weight Loss 2020 - Part 3

Can't believe it's Friday already and WI day, where does the time go!.
It's a 1/2lb loss please Brambling.
Really surprised, had a whole pizza incident earlier in the week followed by multipack (6) crisps incident, my downfall tends to be savoury food more than sweet although I'm easily persuadedsometimes choc or biscuits leap into my mouth. I know stress is a trigger for me but thankfully not work related, just an awful neighbour playing up at the moment who needs to get a life so need to be careful as I really want to try and get as much of this final stone off by the end of 2020.
Escaped any local lockdowns so far as Covid rates are low here and the weather has been really lovely so really enjoying getting out for a walk, who would have thought that fresh air and exercise would become so precious?.

Hello x
Having half an hour on laptop whilst Bon has her nap. She is having her walks now and is definitely calmer now. Hopefully she is going to go to puppy playgroup next week so she will be more socialised as she is too much for Molly! We have a home assessment later today - Im quite nervous!
Food wise I had a bad day yesterday just felt Meh! But is didnt reflect in the scales this morning so maybe it wasn't so bad !Hope you all have a good friday xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.4 -
Hi an other day at home, hoe I can keep my good intentions, just cant make up my mind about the order of things to get done today and am still in bed, said no to cover work and just need to be left alone!
The food plan in mainly whatever is in the fridge which includes a fair few vegetables - so part of the plan should be to make a nice and healthy meal plan for the next week and a half!
Only coffee so far yet today.
Had seconds last night of risotto and Libanese chicken, so will probably just have brunch around 11.
Happy Friday.

Hanert - Hope you're feeling better
Another "rationing child" here who feels guilty for not eating everything on the plate.
Amazingly I have lost 1.5 pounds this week, I had a really stressful day yesterday with the internet and TV constantly going off and on whilst I was trying to find out how the "lockdown" in the North East would affect my impending holiday there. It's been booked for over a year so it wasn't done on a whim and I haven't been anywhere apart from three local shops and the hairdresser since March. I'm not even bothered about going out for meals, etc. I just want somewhere to walk and a change of scene. Consequently I completely lost the plot foodwise. At the moment we can go but who knows that the next week will bring.
So today:
Breakfast: Watermelon and blueberries
Lunch: Prawn salad
Dinner: Roast beef, garlic potatoes and green beansHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.5 -

Good day, everyone.
Well done, Losers! 👏
Just popping in to keep up to date with everyone’s news. Won’t write much as Senior Doggy has had me up several times in the night for the past couple or so of weeks so am nearly brain dead from lack of sleep.

So here is my new weapon of mass destruction - skipping, will add planks later. I managed 2 min today - am just doubling every day for now, as don't want to strain muscles. But it's a great destress between online lectures and I don't have to go anywhere to do it!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Hello All
sorry I have been awol for a couple of week, had a bit of a melt down and gained 3lb then lost 3lb and this week I'm finally off the blocks (again) with a small loss of -1lb please Brambling.
Been busy at work as our hours have increased back to normal with weekend opening starting again tomorrow, however I have been offered the chance to work from home till the end of the year. I'm a little worried about being so close to the kitchen 😮 and shall have to make sure I do some daily exercise as I shan't be doing my normal walk and train commute, but I shall save money on travel and be home for when the kids get home from school, well we'll see I guess.Have been well behaved-ish this week although lunch out for Mums birthday yesterday, I proudly had a salad (then accidentally fell over a doughnut and landed on it with my mouth)
But back on it today (not the doughnut!)
B 2 hard boiled eggs, fruit
L wml muffin and hm split pea and ham soup
