Gosh! That seems to me like very little for one day.Obviously I'm going wrong and quantity must be an issue too.Norn Iron Club member 4736

Not really Artytarty. There are usually three types of fruit, the salad is big and the soup is home made and substantial plus I'll have a bit of bread with it. I'm trying to eat healthily and have around 1200 - 1500 calories a day. But I find portion control difficult. I think there are days when I get it wrong because of the amount on the plate. Just learning though so your approach is every bit as valid as mine.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6

Afternoon All,
Sorry for the lack of posting. I've been quietly cheering you all on from the sidelines but trying to hide at the same time as my eating has definitely gone somewhat pear shaped - if only I'd eaten something as healthy as a pear...
I couldn't even face weighing myself last week but managed to brave it this morning and have put on 2.5lb, which actually isn't anywhere near as bad as I feared it might be.
Congratulations for the losses and STSs and commiserations for any gains and I hope that all canine ailments are improving.
Hopefully the good weather we're having at the moment will make me more inclined to eat salad rather than stodge.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx5 -

Have a good day xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.6 -
