Hi
I've started as well, Molly. Doing it online as I don't like shopping and it'll be even worse this year. I don't really have that many people to buy for anyway.
So today:
Breakfast: Fruit but I don't know what because I haven't had it yet.
Lunch: Feta salad
Dinner: Sausage and mash. The mash will not be of the low calorie variety as Himself is making it.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Am very sad I'm missing club run tonight, too much work. Will have to do something before I land on the couch.
Have been good about not snacking today, I just don't bring anything!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Hopefully I've updated the chart correctly but please shout if I've missed a weigh in or stolen your weigh in and given it to someone else
. Some lovely numbers and a couple of you have reached the qtr target as well 👏👏
I'm really happy to weigh in with a -2lb probably due to walking over 125km in the week rather than good food choicesand West Dorset is beautiful but all hills and my sis & bil static caravan site is at the top of a steep hill. When I brought coffee I brought one slice of cake or one scone and two plates not so my sister who would buy one each, she also baked a couple of times and she's good (unfortunately
) I think her idea of diet and mind are slightly different 😁
So I'm back home and about to menu plan for the week to try and keep on track, I've a chicken to roast tomorrow so that will appear over the next few days and probably a soup with the bones too.
TTB hope the cat is behaving, mine sulked when I got home and bit me (no blood) then woke me up at midnight to cuddle and offer forgiveness and repeated it at 6amlittle !!!!

Late to the party, but I measured a gain of 400g on Sunday. Apparently my portions of garlic and white bean soup had been bigger than I thought and taken me over the limit.
This week included a retirement party – I did what I could not to eat too many fatty things and I’ve tried to increase my exercise. I’ve also been back on the bamboo and mushroom soup which lost me over a kilo last time, so we’ll see how the rest of the week goes.

Hi Brambling welcome back. Glad you had a good trip to Dorset
.
I weighed in this morning and have lost another 5lb. Of course, me being me I have scoffed all day and probably put half of it back on again. Never mind, tomorrow is another day and I intend to be on my best behaviour...and if you believe that you will believe anything. Seriously though I am trying to cut out the snacking and I haven't bought crisps or chocolate this week.
Last week I gained a pound so can you amend the chart please as I deserved one of the angry purple faces. Well done everyone who has lost or maintained and hugs to those who have had a little gain. We just have to keep going xx

Hello, Brambling. Sounds like a lovely holiday. Glad you enjoyed it.
Today:
Breakfast; Fruit
Lunch: Ham slad
Dinner: Pork chop(the little boneless ones all trimmed of fat), lyonaise potatoes and veg.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Hi @Brambling that does sound like a lovely holiday. And thanks for the update. I won't update my target even if I have reached, I will rather try and get a bit ahead for last quarter as this is a super busy term and any STS will be a win win.
Well done to everybody else who's doing great to keep shaking of the LB's and to those who keep at it. I think were pretty good at taking turns and the average is a great loss.
As I'm back at work I think it's time to put the seamstress hat on and get some of my trousers taken in, so they don't fall off, as would be a bit embarrassing.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.5
