I'm back from a visit to my daughter's and food-wise it didn't go to plan. The worst bit was when daughter's friend turned up with Dominos pizzas - one medium one each, so enough for three of Monna's elephants! I seriously couldn't eat it all and the expense of it was a worry even though I didn't pay. I have put on +2 and have to go out for a curry tonight, being the last of the Eat out to Help Out days. I eat a plant based diet so will just have a veg biryani and a chapatti, whilst watching my companion tuck into a good selection of dishes. The rest of the week will be two green smoothies and an evening light veggie meal. I can't see any more disruptions coming in the near future. The central heating has packed up today so I may have to substitute hot soup for the cold smoothies, depending on the temperature. These combi boilers just don't seem to last like the old faithfuls, do they?Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14

Hi I'm back after family packed with travel and a bit of drinking happened one evening. So am giving myself till the weekend to get back on track and do a WI. I don't want to be disillusioned If I go back on today. I do still have a way to go and I believe I can do it. I am thinking about changing running club though as my usual one is on the wrong days, so it will be less stress and build more bridges if I adapt a new team. For the year anyways.
Hope everybody is doing well. I got behind on a diary project I am doing as well and am now trying to write 15 pages today. Half way there!
Will catch up on reading later.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Morning!
I drifted a bit yesterday, I'm struggling to plan a few days after the treatment and eating more of what I fancy with the usual consequences. Still, it's most important that I'm eating something.
The plan for today is
B marmite toast
L porridge
D chicken (last of) with roasted veg. Last of watermelon.
I'll try!
Have a good day everyone. 🌷🌷A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it

Hi all,
I hope everyone had a good bank holiday experience. We have just got back yesterday from a week in Yorkshire. I was a bit worried about gaining, but we did quite a bit of walking and so I have STS.
Brambling, no my OH still has not said a thing. Though I have seen him looking at me pensively a few times so maybe he may have started to wonder. I've said nothing.
Started back at work today and was really annoyed with myself for going in the car as I got up too late to walk. I must make a proper effort tomorrow because it is a good 50 minute walk each way.
Today's menu:
B - 3 Weetabix
Snack - grapes, 3 satsumas in team meeting
L - 3 sandwich thins with Dairylea light, cereal bar
D - savoury 5% fat mince, cabbage, mash, cake bar
I will also share the following:
Bad choice confessions - 2 bags of crisps (peckish), 200g packet of wine gums ( boredom)
Said no to - cake/ biscuit options in team meeting

Hello x
Have caught up with all your news x
I have had a bad couple of days but trying to put it behind me and start afresh.
Well back to sleep whilst Bonnie asleep xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.6 -
Hi just checking in to say that I think I managed to start to recover my ways yesterday. A bit too much of a pasta dinner but nothing major and am massively hungry now - so that should be a good thing.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
