Hi I can't believe it's already 5 pm, anyways ate very funny yesterday and drank beer so today was a bit of an effort to lay low.
1B oats and flakes w milk
2B semolina porridge w butter and cinnamon sugar, not sensible but ver filling
Lunch was half cucumber, 1 tomato, one slice of dark rye w goat cheese
Dinner will probably be a vege pasta bake
Unfortunately I might also have to make a crumble , but will now leave that till tomorrow, when I have to make granola anyways. I'm sure we eat about a kg of oats a week!
Happy sunday everybody.
On the exercise/weight/and stuff I started running early 2019, did it for a whole year and just put on weight, but when I started weighing in I feel the muscle mass(well hidden) made it so much easier to balance my weight. Anyways the body has it's own rhythms and 'habits' but if you keep at it it will eventually kick in.
Fingers crossed the exercise, and maybe I need a bit more protein, will help prevent loss of bone density. I think I have already lost an inch off my height!

👏👏 to the losers and STSs
my get up and go seems to have gone missing today so I have had a very lazy day just doing the minimum so not to be called a sloth .
Yesterday i I allowed my sister to talk me into going to the beach, she is stilling borrowing a friends beach hut on a quiet stretch of the beach, We got there in time for a picnic lunch, not so windy as last Sunday, we got the wind breaker up 🙂 I'm not working this week other than Saturday so we may go down again during the week, she keeps promising me it's not usually so windy.
Have a a good week Molly I hope you're enjoying your break and the cake 🙂Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin10 -
Hello, everyone! I'd like to take part in this. My eventual goal is to lose 9kg or about 20 lbs, but for now the aim is to lose 4.2 kg or 9.24 lbs to reach my "cap weight". My diet going forward is oats plus or minus raisins for breakfast and then a salad plus nuts and a bit of meat or tuna for lunch. Dinners are more substantial but without going too overboard on the calories. I'm still working on finding the best way t to solve the exercise problem.

I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Good Morning All,
Not much sleep last night but hoping to avoid a carb binge to keep me awake as its WI day for me tomorrow and I'm currently on target to have lost another pound. Spent the day cleaning for the imminent arrival of the house owners this morning only to find out that they needed to delay their return till Wednesday - ugh, I need to avoid making any mess for the next two days as I don't want to clean everything again! Went off plan after lunch as ended up snacking throughout the afternoon - not really sure exactly what - flapjack, protein bar, some soft cheerios and a couple of manky biscuits I found as I was returning all the sweet stuff from the garage thinking I was leaving today! Hence dinner went by the wayside!
Meal Plan:
B- Porridge and bits
S- last piece of melon
L- greens, paneer new potatoes and beans
S - fig and cashews
D - same as lunch
P - gs porridge
Today I have peas to shell, runner beans to de-string, courgettes to fritter and cucumbers to pickle

I forgot to report my STS on Friday, oops. I seem to be struggling with discipline ATM. I start off well in the morning, then hit the biscuit barrel in the afternoon, then too many evenings with a glass of wine. DH had last week off work but is back to working from home today so I'll be stricter with myself this week. I'll be returning to my yoga class and aim to garden/walk/cycle daily.8

Welcome Lapis x
Enjoy your Birthday week Molly 🎂
Well done on the losses and STS this week
Thank you for the Grandson well wishes, he is scrumptious I'm still undecided if to be Grandma, Nannie etc, so many choices now I'm concerned if I pick something trendy like Mimi he won't realise I'm his Grandma until he's older. My Daughter says I'm too young to be a Grandma though lol.
2.5 lb off this week please Brambling. That was a pleasant surprise as I've been cooking for DD and her partner and dropping it around so we've eaten the same and they wanted comfort food.
B- pancakes, strawberries, banana, yoghurt and maple syrup
L- cheese and tomato roll, crisps and small cake
D- salad and ice lolly10 -
Morning all so as I'm on a staycation for the next two weeks I have decided to set myself a new exercise challenge - 10 x 5k in the next 10 days! Just have to mention it to somebody so I actually do it. Did the first one this morning.
B oats, apple and milk w honey and coffee
L
S 2 wheat crackers
D
Will fill in meals later as don't have a specific plan, but I know there's spinach, goat cheese, tomatoes, eggs and melon in the fridge sounds like lunch to me.
Welcome to new folks, some congratulations, keep up the good work everybody else.LBM Jan 2019 - £25.928/Active debt £14253, 54% sorted

Afternoon All,
Sorry, as there were lots of posts and work's crazy busy I kind of lost track a bit but well done to all the losers and STSers. I don't remember seeing any gains but commiserations if there were.
I'm just popping in with a quick weigh in, which was -3lb this morning. I know I couldn't sustain the way I ate last week (there were a few days where I existed mainly on coffee and cigarettes with a smallish healthy dinner) but hopefully it'll be a good kick-start to set me up for sensible, healthy eating this week.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx9
