Old Style Weight Loss 2020 - Part 3

Morning all,
The HT and I are keeping to our exercise plan. I also cut the grass, weeded the garden and cut back some of next doors overgrown conifers yesterday. I'll do some more today if it doesn't rain any more and the garden dries up a bit. Food wise there was a lot of salad eaten and burgers from the butcher (I had mine without bread) for dinner. They're SW friendly burgers so no fat or weird stuff oozes from them when they're cooked.
I also have osteoarthritis - hands, feet and spine. It's to do with the hypermobile joint thing. If we're planning a long day out I try to remember to take some painkillers for the HT and I to take with our lunch. It makes things a little more bearable. I also wear trainers for people that over pronate and that stops my knees from hurting when I run.
Take care all of you9 -
Morning all, and welcome living proof. Molly41 good luck with your mojo, you've been doing so well, I'm sure you'll be back up and at 'em in no time!
Today I will have corn on the cob for lunch, a bit of celery, and 25g mixed nuts . Dinner will be pan fried pork with apple and leek from Fast 800, green beans on the side, banana and live yogurt for pud.
My friend shaved my hair off yesterday as it had started shedding. I couldn't bear the idea of it going down the plug hole. I do have a bit of a thing about plug holes. And drains. Looks ok now I've got used to it. I have lots of nice hats/scarves at the ready.
Enjoy your day everyone 🌻🙂A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it

Have a good day xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

Joint pains are a gift from my mother and one she shared with all her children
I'm lucky that most of the time I can still enjoy a long walk as long as i have good walking shoes which aren't heavy (I too like skechers) and painkillers on hand just in case
TBH i have more issues with my hands, shoulders and knees than feet (not an excuse to burst into song Monna
) but a combination of carrying too much weight and eating wheat makes things worst so some of it is self inflected. For some reason most of my sisters also complain about a painful left shoulder it could be because of the weigh we carry up top
none of us have ever been small busted and that includes my nieces who all weigh less.
TTB I'm sure you will rock those hats
Molly I hope you had a good afternoon at your group and got the full benefit of the sun dress
I made a half batch of melting moment biscuits last night, no filling but half were thumb print ones and had raspberry jam. I had planned to freeze half, but lets just say the two hour IT call the morning was very very boring and I was on mute and I'll leave it to your imagination
It's been a really hot day ramping up to the threatened 31 tomorrow but at least my lovely neighbour has mowed my lawn, or I should probably say mowed the weeds as I'm not sure how much of it is grass at the moment. I pottered in the garden lunchtime as it is green bin day tomorrow but it was too hot for me to do much, I try after dinner to do a bit more as seeing as I'm paying for them to take away my garden rubbish I like to fill it up
B - over night oats and berries
L - fresh pineapple and melon
D - stuffed courgettes (I have taken some mince from the freezer, not sure what else will go in the stuffing) or LO ratatouille I'm not quite sure but it will involve courgettes and runner beans
S - Fibre one brownlie bar, grapes, many melting moment biscuitsLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin11 -
Hi not feeling too optimistic about weight loss today, wore a dress form last year and felt it just really showed off the wrong features! I'll hang on to it for now, but it might have to go if it keeps showing me up like that.
Today
oats w banana and crumble and milk
cereal bar
peanut butter bagel
carrot
what the young one comes up with, should involve some grilled vegetables.

Checking in with my WI day Brambling please and I have lost half a pound
It wasn't by design, but I have been trying to watch my food and did manage a 5k run earlier in the week. I really need to get back onto proper food planning and running/walking regularly because I would so love to be into the next stone zone. Its so easy to stop a good habit and sooo hard to get it going again.
Hope everyone has a good weekend - I think its supposed to be a very sunny for the next couple of days"Think of many things, do one"

Good morning everyone and well done to all the losers and sts'ers. I am here to report a 4lb loss this morning and I couldn't be happier.
I finally got my results yesterday and I have the all clear and I don't need any further treatment so that was a massive relief so we celebrated with a Chinese takeaway. It was delicious but I am happy to get back on the straight and narrow today.
It is going to be a scorching day here so of course I have decided to make a chicken casserole for dinner. I think I will have to leave the back door open whilst I cook or I will probably melt.
My meals today look like this:
b - eggs on toast
l - ham salad
d - chicken casserole, baby potatoes, broccoli and green beans
s - melon
Hope you all have a great day whatever you are up to, take care xx

Good morning weighing in with my dancing feet on this morning ... an other lb gone for good!
SO haha dress - you might have to leave my wardrobe - or at least be parked in the back for a while longer.
Mainly walking this week, was supposed to go running today, but it's already too hot - I basically overslept, so will try to convince myself to do some yoga later. And stretching. Great start to the weekend, best wishes for everybody else.
