ditty - That is great news.
NSD no 8 today.
Grateful for:
New washing machine delivered and installed this morning by 9.50am. Old one taken away to be recycled.
Having a book to read.
Having a chilled out day.
Checked with hairdresser that tomorrow's appt is still going ahead. Yes it is. Cannot wait. Only going to do a wet cut and no blow drying. Seems to be different guidelines going around, do not mind as long as my hair is cut.

Today I am grateful for waking up without my alarm clock, for popping in to school and tidying up a bit and chatting with the DH, for dh making a yummy curry for tea, for a dry day, for some success with looking at other/more dance classes for dd, for not doing taekwondo tonigh (Chloe Ting was sufficient!).

I have been digging today. Not a huge amount but enough to leave me aching. Also dried washing outside and I have cut my hair. Doesn't look great (may be able to tidy it a bit more over the next few days) but no bald patches and it feels good. Nothing going in my eyes and have uncovered my ears. Put all the hair outside for the birds.
Today I am grateful for digging going well (1" thick dead tree root unearthed - nearly 3' long), for feeling much better than yesterday and feeling light headed because of my hair cut.My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage4 -

Still on NSD No 6 as the Iceland delivery arrived today. Didn't really need much (certainly nothing for the freezer) so topped it up for free delivery with things for the Boy so he doesn't need to go to the supermarket. Usually they are very good but today the four pints of milk I ordered had a use by date of tomorrow. I sent an email and suggested that for online orders the sell buy dates should be a bit later as people are probably ordering for a week because they can't get out. They got right back and refunded the cost of the milk. It's a small thing but it's important and if proves that "complaining" does pay off when it's justified. And well done to them for responding so quickly.
Thank you for the respite, Apple. My plans for tomorrow are: fruit for breakfast, a walk to the shops (complete with face mask to put on), nice salad for lunch. goulash thrown in the slow cooker and then it's on with the fluffy dressing gown and a good pampering session (not a lot can be done about the hair though).
Really need to get a grip on loosing weight. Got 12 weeks till my holiday hopefully. Any tips, Turtles?
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Grateful for:
Seeing a robin in the communal garden.
Having my hair cut.
Used some of the money on voucher to buy some treats in my favourite shop. Also got free jute bag, offer on my loyalty card as yesterday they relaunched it.
An afternoon nap as I had a bad night's sleep. My anxiety was bad, but the thing I was concerned about turned out to be ok after making a couple of phone calls.
