▪︎ We pretty much have enough money to put  a down payment for a house
▪︎ A medication that helps reduce my fibromyalgia pains
▪︎The game Animal crossing new horizons (helps with my mental health too)
▪︎A job which is flexible to my needs where I can also work from home

That I want to stockpile skills.  Have always thought that I could never make a bechamel/white sauce.  Silly, I know.  Well, I can......and now regularly make lasagna and fish pie.

Now, I just want to learn......

  • I learned that my other half and I are actually really well suited 😁.  Before lockdown, we’d barely see each other - we’d commute in to work together most days but then only see each other over dinner while we watched telly.  I’d be out running or hiking or doing housework at the weekends while he gamed.  Now we spend every day together and it’s awesome!  Weirdly, not looking forward to going back to the office.

A brilliant YouTube channel called Old Shovel. Addictive and relaxing videos of a guy doing rebuilds of old bikes. My favourites are the ones where he does them for his family or his community.

I’ve found out that my home made Victoria sponge is 10 x better than anything you can buy in the supermarket and my husband says mine is nearly as good as Mary Berry’s.   o:)

Not sure how he knows that but who cares.
