You'll have to get the PPC to prove there were signs there. Not simply submitting stock copies, rather they prove categorically via time-stamped photos of the site (clearly identified) with their signs showing.  It will be at the court stage you require these to be shown.
Thanks Ukomaas for that-   possible please amend your previous post? one of your friends here seems to think might be important...honestly I don't know..just following you guys

Same advice as here except it's not Scotland:

Also read the thread (last week, go find it) from the person in England with 31 DCBL letters that have all arrived at once about Highview.  Tesco should be ashamed and need to be bombarded with complaints to their CEO.  I think these are revenge claims and/or last-chance efforts by Highview whose income stream (PCNs only) has disappeared.
Has the 31 DCBL letters thread been deleted?
Is it the same advice when the OP here has had a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal Ltd. who are solicitors? (as opposed to Direct Collections Bailiffs Ltd in the other threads).
Just asking CM as you may not have realised it's not just the bailiffs.
Yes it seems to have been deleted.  When  you search for it, find it and click on it, it comes up with a permission denied picture.

I just went back to Anchor retail park now and took photos and there are zero parking restrictions...no signs or anything. I asked a few people parking and they said they often park there and leave the car and it's free.

granted it may have been different in 2017 when The Driver parked there...but now it is free...I don't have photo's from 2017...
    any ideas..? thanks
Has the driver previously been identified? If not, I suggest you amend the post I have quoted as per my comments in bold. Also ask Umkomaas to amend his quote.
Umkomaas, You quoted a post that identified the driver.

Fruitcake at 6.13 pm suggested all posts and quotes be ammended so that the driver is not identified.

    Hope this helps.

    Best of luck to OP
Yep, got it now. I haven't deleted the entire post, rather I've adjusted the 'Quote'. I don't see any driver identified ........ now! 😇

V5 would be one way. Or just get the DVLA to confirm
You of course reject hte need for photo ID; that is disproportionate as confirmed by the ICO. Unless they can explain why they have specific reasons to doubt you are who you say you are, and are willing to put that in writing so it can be added to your complain?

You dont tell them, obviously. Theyre not entitled to this info and it is not rleevant to the SAR.

I would complain to the BPA about that question being asked as part of a SAR request. It has nothing to do with personal data and it has no relevance to proving who you are.

You could be sending a SAR to your bank, or local authority .... or any other organisation. None of them would be asking that question, it would clearly be a nonsense - as it is a nonsense coming from Nexus, rather a sneaky attempt at obtaining information to which they are not entitled. Complain loudly to Gemma Dorans or Steve Clark.

Jeez, they're asking more questions of you than any you are asking them in your SAR.

ok copied DVLA form and sent back their forms - told them I was contacting the BPA on their driver question and to put their need for a photo id on paper. I can wait to get these guys into court. win one for the team....or if not....go down fighting kicking screaming crying...and then a pint! now to write to BPA - it's a FT job fighting these folks. The ICO say the PPC's cannot extend the deadline if all they are asking is further proof of ID.

"Can we extend the time for a response?
You can extend the time to respond by a further two months if the request is complex or you have received a number of requests from the individual. You must let the individual know within one month of receiving their request and explain why the extension is necessary.

However, it is the ICO's view that it is unlikely to be reasonable to extend the time limit if:

    it is manifestly unfounded or excessive;
    an exemption applies; or
you are requesting proof of identity before considering the request."

The ICO have also said that asking for photo ID is unreasonable as they have nothing to compare it with.

    The ICO website says this:

"To avoid personal data about one individual being sent to another,
either accidentally or as a result of deception, you need to be
satisfied that you know the identity of the requester. You can ask
for enough information to judge whether the person making the
request is the individual to whom the personal data relates (or a
person authorised to make a SAR on their behalf).
The key point is that you must be reasonable about what you ask
for. You should not request a lot more information if the identity of
the person making the request is obvious to you. This is particularly
the case when you have an ongoing relationship with the individual."

I suggest you complain to the ICO as well as the BPA about the activities of Group NEXUS who have unreasonably asked for a lot more information than is necessary in order to be satisfied with you identity.
Also complain that they have unreasonably stated that the 30 days to respond will not start until they have validated your identity.

If you're filling in an online form where a phone number is mandatory, give 0333-8888888. This takes callers to a recorded message telling them to contact you by email.

I've tried calling it, and it works.

For emails, set up a separate throw away account such as gmail just for parking issues.
