In GSV, click on the clock with the circular arrows near the top left of the image next to the words, Street View ...
then use the timeline slider at the bottom of the expanded information box to grab images either side of the date of your alleged event ...
then click inside the small image to change the large image timeline. Click on the clock again to hide part of the information box if needed. Note the date you want will appear at the bottom of the main image.I married my cousin. Also read the thread (last week, go find it) from the person in England with 31 DCBL letters that have all arrived at once about Highview. Tesco should be ashamed and need to be bombarded with complaints to their CEO. I think these are revenge claims and/or last-chance efforts by Highview whose income stream (PCNs only) has disappeared.
Is it the same advice when the OP here has had a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal Ltd. who are solicitors? (as opposed to Direct Collections Bailiffs Ltd in the other threads).
Just asking CM as you may not have realised it's not just the bailiffs.
granted it may have been different in 2017 when The Driver parked there...but now it is free...I don't have photo's from 2017...
any ideas..? thanksI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
GSV does not have a picture for 2017 on this side of the road, only May & Oct 2015 and May 2018. None of these have any entrance signs for parking. (All have a sign saying Managed by Lambert Smith Hampton. This seems to change between Apr 2019 and Jul 2019 but can't make out the new name).
Found an entrance view from across the road dated Apr 2017 but still doesn't seem to be entrance signs.
Looking through the entrance on most of these views. there does seem to be some signs around but not readable.
The only inside view is dated Apr 2019 and there are signs posted around the site saying 2 Hours Maximum Stay and £95 Parking Charge but can't read anything else.

You'll have to get the PPC to prove there were signs there. Not simply submitting stock copies, rather they prove categorically via time-stamped photos of the site (clearly identified) with their signs showing. It will be at the court stage you require these to be shown. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fruitcake at 6.13 pm suggested all posts and quotes be ammended so that the driver is not identified.
Hope this helps.
Best of luck to OP3 -
OP - to make it clear
You can show that 2 years before, and a few months after, there was no entrance signage
This would likely be sufficient proof of the negative absent the claimant (PPC) proving otherwise - so they will have to do so.3 -
on another notes and maybe helpful to others...Savills wrote back to me (what a gesture!) and told me the Catford Island park is now run by Weare Mapp info@wearemapp.com https://www.wearemapp.com/contacts/
I have written to them now. Kudos to savills.4 -

Again GSV does not show any Parking signs at the roadside entrance. Inside the Car park, May 2017 shows UKPC signs but by May 2018 these have changed to Highview (exactly same style as the ones at Anchor Park so they are Highview as well).2
