Natty glad to hear Dave has been "discharged". DS got rigours in hospital, he was shaking so much his hospital bed was rattling, very scary. Fingers crossed things will just get better for you both from now on.
Tough week, done 4 hours extra at the paid stuff but I can take it in lieu. Have had my big girl pants on and think I am starting to develop a thick skin, especially today when one of the bosses said I had been put in charge of something which was simply not true. I just nicely asked him if he could confirm the date of the meeting where this was agreed, knowing full well it had never been discussed. Hey ho, its weekend tomorrow and I treated myself to a bottle of wine this week.
No idea what the weekend brings, I think its finally going to stop raining though.

Morning all
Was very grumpy last night, feeling a tiny bit better this morning but not much. I’ve been up since 4 when poor DD was having a really bad dream ☹️, thankfully she went back to sleep but I’ve been pottering. She’s still fast asleep. DW unloaded, WM on, food caddy emptied into compost bin and soaking in Zoflora, waste bin emptied and made DS a toasted tea cake. Oh and poo picked. No wonder I am now laid on the sofa!
It is drizzly, I really hope it brightens so we can get out for a walk. I bought DS some clothes on eBay so I hope they arrive today. Take care all x9 -
Morning all. Hope you're all ok today.
I've been very busy at the paid stuff so not posting or flying. The dogs have been much better since yesterday and Littleydog finishes her antibiotics today.
Today I have had breakfast and done my physio (for my shoulder- hope Ionafan's is improving too). Will report back with anything else I achieve.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -

Hugs and GWS wishes, especially to Piggers and Dave.
Tough, tough week. Not been posting (or flying, if truth be told) but reading along and cheering you all on from the sidelines.
Much love and fluffy sparkly thoughts to you all x8 -
Morning all
Finally checking in after a busy week of paid stuff, have just about managed the dailies and keeping on top of washing each day.
I was awake early but not managed much yet, gave DH a badly needed haircut and that’s about it, time to get showered and get myself in gear. Will report back on progress later on.
Hugs to all x7 -
Managed to get most of the flying done yesterday and intended to do some serious cupboard sorting today but for the first time in 10 days the sun is put and there's no rain! 🙌 So, it's a garden day for me - I've fed the creatures and am sitting in the garden watching them munch 😊
Still haven't finished my canvases so if may bring them out and paint out here today!7 -
Morning xx
I've just G00gled 'rigours' as I've not heard of them - turns out I had them when I was ill in March. That was when I started to think I might die!! Fingers crossed I'm in line for the antibody test next weekend (through work) so I'll hopefully find out if it was covid or not.
Get well soon to all the poorlies and fluffy hugs to all the stressed. I'll give myself a hug too - I reached new levels in the WAC last night - 2 o'clock in the morning and it looks like it's gonna be a sleepless night. Then I slept in til 8 am and now I feel carp. Last minute emails at work should be banned. I'd already switched off my machine and was heading out of the door when a colleague shouted me over 'have you read this?' Long story short - we have to wear masks at work from Monday.- I wonder why we are more at risk now than we were over the past 12 weeks? Stable doors and all that. That's going to be fun (not) - I lip read (I have 'I can't hear you if I can't see your mouth' syndrome). I'll not know until I try whether it will trigger my claustrophobia - I can cope with lifts but not MRI scanners or full face helmets.
And Dad phoned last night to say he'd been seen by the GP as he can't stop shaking. Doctor diagnosed high anxiety levels, Dad says it's not. Tests have been taken and results due next week. Please God don't let it be Parkinson's - that's what Dad will be thinking too. Mum had Parkinson's. I don't think it starts as suddenly as that but the very thought will have sent Dad in to a flat spin.
Stop the world I want to get off. Oh! So does everyone else. It's mad!
If I can fight my way through the brain fog I will fly. Recycling is ready to go out and I've made my bed. Second brew and breakfast first though.
Love to all. Sorry to rabbit on.
Rxx

Me again. The sun is coming out so I'll walk the dogs when I finish this cuppa. I'm dressed, have sorted yesterday's washing, bed is made, breakfast dishes washed and first of two wash loads is in the machine. Have also refilled the washing up liquid, sorted out new cleaning cloths, made up a spray bottle of zoflora and put all my tea making bits on a small tray in the kitchen. Much tidier.Spend less now, work less later.10
