Hi all, hope everyone is hanging in there.  My full application went into Vida on 26/10/2020.  Valuation was done on 06/11/2020 and a gift deposit form also submitted.  Since then, I had heard nothing.  My MB called today to say that he had spoken to the underwriter who said I should have a decision in the next 72 hours.  I was also asked to complete a debt form which I have emailed straight back.  I haven't been asked for any other information.
Until I actually have the offer in front of me, I won't believe it but it is some progress

I have just asked my MB again to find out so I am waiting.

Hi all
I have just been told by my MB that my application is at the "pre offer" stage and I should expect to hear something on Monday.  Has anyone else had this?  I don't even know what the pre offer stage is?!

We went to pre offer on the Thursday and got our offer the Friday. This is just where they give everything 1 extra look over. We were an escalated case though so not sure if ours was quicker than expected.

Offer just came through  so relieved. Had to escalate the case through solicitors  as were suppose to complete 6 weeks ago.

we asked our MB to escalate but Vida haven’t got back to them! How did you escalate?
