Absolutely ridiculous with the time wait...just got told today that the sellers will put the house back up on the market next week. Our broker has been chasing them all week for an update but no update at all.

It’s the biggest worry for all of us isn’t it. Luckily we’ve not had any threats yet but I’m sure if Vida don’t hurry up they’ll be saying the same. Living in limbo is torture.Ismaimran said:Absolutely ridiculous with the time wait...just got told today that the sellers will put the house back up on the market next week. Hi guys those who got offers did you all have to fill in this change of circumstances form. We have just provided all updated information last week as requested payslips for December etc.So I am anxious already wrote a 2nd letter to us after we missed last completion date.So our next one is 22nd of January. So if we have to fill in this form again which takes 10 wkng days that means will miss again .#stressed0

Yes. However, they don't specifically mention the 10 days requirement on the form. I'd suggest printing the form on their website, signing and posting it back to them (as it's the exact same form). We decided to wait for our solicitors to receive their copy in the post and instruct us (as we thought there might be more details provided to our solicitors, but this was not the case).Miraclehome2020 said:Hi guys those who got offers did you all have to fill in this change of circumstances form.
