Sounds very similar to ours. We replied with everything we could find but old statements etc for proof of address wasn’t easy.

No update...feel like pulling my hair out lol. The sellers want to complete next week but highly impossible. Really think we will loose out dream home and the money we have paid too. 
I dont even know if our application as even been looked at

We have just received our mortgage offer! I think I’m in shock, can’t actually believe it. 

To give you an idea we made our application on 25/09/20

Still waiting for an outcome after submitting additional information to underwriters.Checked my credit file hard search done with full details of Mortgage amount.Guess its not going to be long before we hear.lol

Were are u checking ur credit report are you checking on check my file or experian
