Vida Homeloans return to market?

Mine they have its with the underwriter applied in November  but 42 days .they have searched my credit file twice.One written mortgage quote  and second mortgage application. Developer has moved completion to Dec 21 so hopefully it will all work out. I am not expecting to hear from underwriter before Christmas

We have also!!! Its been a long old road hasn't it.. I honestly felt like giving up at times!

Oh wow that’s great news! Congrats. 

That does help. We put in our application on the 13th October and it’s dragging out!

@Amy32 we were a couple of days after you I think. Have you had any response regarding your further documents that they asked for last week?

Apparently looked at by underwriter and is now in an escalation queue after we asked solicitor to escalate it and is being looked at by senior underwriter on Monday and then we hope we will have an answer 🤞🏻
