Congratulations to you on the offer long wait same as us but its a happy ending. Just a tip unless they already have sent it in case you are wanting a quick turnaround for completion. We recieved our offer on 4/12 app in on 5/10 we wanted to complete on 18/12 but there is a form from Vida that you need to fill called 'change of circumstances' that Vida need to have back in their possession for 10 working days before they will release any funds just in case. we are now moving new year 15/1 as we send Vida the form back but we are just awaiting them to say that this is all ok and the completition date is finesirjp82 said:We just received our offer this eve. Our process started on the 06th oct
 valuation 10th nov
 Offer 15th dec
our experience is as soon as it reached the underwriter the turn around was quick and within a week .As long as you are prepared with all recent docs
which will be way to ambitious now
So I expect ours to be end of dec start of jan now0
