They have chased us twice in the last 2 weeks. But we have nothing to say to them apart from the valuation has been completed and accepted.SarahMayhtb said:
Ours build was due to be complete end of November, but luckily for us there have been delays and it won’t be complete until January now. How have your developers been about it?Amy32 said:Oh I know that feeling, I’m starting to accept that maybe we won’t get to know before Xmas. For now our developer is being ok but I don’t know how long until they’re going to get funny with us. We reserved back in September 😩Is your house ready or mid build? We reserved first week of October but it is ready now, so sat there wasting money for them.0 -

Dear Jon-Paul,
We understand the underwriter has provided an update to your intermediary this afternoon.

How did you escalate it? Our solicitor sent a letter last week but we haven’t heard anything since.0 -
Just through our broker but their complaints team emailed me as it was logged as a complaint. We had to do same with solicitor letter.Amy32 said:

How did you escalate it? Our solicitor sent a letter last week but we haven’t heard anything since. The feedback we got for today was asking for the confirmation of the added incentives from Barratt homes (they already had this in oct) . Which seemed positive as it means they not asking about me now. It’s more about the smaller details (I hope anyways)0 -
Hi everyone. This is my first post but I've been stalking this thread since our application went in on 18th September. We were declined 5 weeks ago for reasons that made no sense, so we appealed and other than being asking for our full tax credits document a couple of weeks ago, it's been radio silence. Our mortgage broker is useless too and never responds to our emails. I'm at the end of my tether with it all. Does anyone know if there's an email address I can get a response from Vida on? I've tried the 'contact us' page on their website but the message doesn't actually send, surprise surprise.

Congratulations to you on the offer long wait same as us but its a happy ending. Just a tip unless they already have sent it in case you are wanting a quick turnaround for completion. We recieved our offer on 4/12 app in on 5/10 we wanted to complete on 18/12 but there is a form from Vida that you need to fill called 'change of circumstances' that Vida need to have back in their possession for 10 working days before they will release any funds just in case. we are now moving new year 15/1 as we send Vida the form back but we are just awaiting them to say that this is all ok and the completition date is finesirjp82 said:We just received our offer this eve.
