I said to my husband yesterday that they may want most recent payslip and bank statement or something as we sent in july/august/sept I think.
I may send our updated ones over to the broker ready, saves the lender asking then doesn't it
Good idea takes you one step in from doesn't it.0 -

I am having an absolute nightmare with this. Our broker has emailed our solicitor twice asking if they can give written confirmation that our case is urgent (vendor is buying a NB and needs to exchange before Christmas) so they can escalate it to Vida but our solicitor just hasn’t replied. First email was sent a week ago! Yet another delay which is out of hands! So stressful0

Hi everyone, I’ve looked at the reviews on Google today and saw a review that said there application was decline due to Vida not accepting help to buy applications anymore, does anyone know if this is actually true?
